Tuesday is our rest day at Eggwirt. Now that doesn't mean we don't do anything. On the contrary Tuesday is the popular day for going on a guided tour with Oswald the senior innkeeper. The guests are taken along the secret pathways which you won't find on the map, to discover woods and mountain faces, shepherds' huts and mountain refuges, summits and crosses. Who has once tried this excursion feels the need to return like a drug and never loses the opportunity to join in another excursion especially because in the evening a sumptuous dinner awaits him. Luckily for the kitchen it isn't a feast day!
